Nashville Cats
Over the last couple of months the band did not perform live but a lot of time was spent preparing for a new album. Charlie McCoy invited us to come to Nashville to record with his band and so early july Leo headed for Nashville. With the help of Bobby Ogdin on piano, Charlie McCoy on bass, Tommy Wells on drums, Brent Mason on guitar and last but not least Mr Steelguitar Lloyd Green on steel a number of songs were recorded with Leo on vocals and guitar.
In another session legendary mandolin player Roland White guested on some tracks as did Bob Moore, champion session player on double bass, augmenting parts already laid down by Kees Maat on accordion, Hans Molenaar on drums and Tijmen Zinkhaan on bass.
All songs are original tunes. The new album is scheduled for a 2011 release.
